Sculpting knowledge into a digital masterpiece, where pixels and possibilities converge to create a learning experience that transcends boundaries and empowers minds.
eLearning Development
My eLearning process is marked by its agile nature, allowing for flexibility and adaptability. Below is a detailed outline of each step, ensuring clarity and understanding. Additionally, various examples of eLearning experiences, including full courses, scenario-based learning modules, simulations, and gamified content are showcased. I invite you to explore some examples below!
Michigan State Police
I worked with another instructional designer to create six self-paced training modules for School Resource Officers in Michigan. We used Storyline 360 to meticulously craft each module, covering important topics like Self-Care, Fostering Positive School Climate, and School-Based Mental Health.
After 90 days, our team gathered to assess learner feedback on Accessibility, Content, Delivery Methods, and Format & Appearance. This feedback will guide our course revision strategy to ensure a dynamic and impactful learning experience. Check out Module 6: Part 1 Elements of Self Care.
NSF Budget Template
This training module was an essential component of our comprehensive program aimed at familiarizing Proposal Specialists with the various budget templates used for submissions to both the National Science Foundation and the National Institute of Health. To enhance engagement and effectiveness, I created an interactive review game that encapsulates the content covered in the module.
Budget Template Training
This course is developed using Articulate Rise. The project initiation involved a meeting with a subject matter expert to gather the necessary content for creating comprehensive training on the three budget templates used in crafting budgets for NIH (National Institute of Health) and NSF (National Science Foundation) grant proposals. Notably, the training incorporated various gamification elements as well as other interactive components to enhance learner engagement and motivation.
