Hello!
I'm Shanique Bryant, a versatile instructional designer and crafting enthusiast from Virginia Beach, VA. As a USMC Military Spouse, I've embraced a nomadic lifestyle, residing in various states over the past five years, and currently stationed at MCAS New River in North Carolina. My journey began in 2013, graduating from Virginia State University and teaching in Prince William County Schools while pursuing my Master's in Educational Technology. Since then, I've transitioned into instructional design, specializing in eLearning, video production, curriculum development, and professional development, leveraging tools like Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, and more to create engaging synchronous and asynchronous training. With a strong foundation in educational principles and a Google UX Certificate, I continuously strive to enhance my skills, currently pursuing a Master's in Graphic Design.
Throughout my career, I've demonstrated a passion for crafting immersive learning experiences for learners of all ages, employing methodologies like ADDIE and SAM to ensure effectiveness. From project management to UX and graphic design, I've worn many hats, always focused on creating user-centered and intuitive interfaces.
