Curriculum Development

My curriculum development approach begins with thorough needs assessments to understand learners' diverse requirements, backgrounds, and learning styles. I analyze demographics, existing knowledge levels, and challenges they may encounter. Collaborating closely with subject matter experts, I define clear learning objectives aligned with learners' needs and desired outcomes. I design engaging instructional materials and activities, utilizing various pedagogical strategies and technologies to cater to diverse learning preferences. Prioritizing flexibility and accessibility, I ensure the curriculum accommodates all learners while maintaining effectiveness. EDUC 200: Technology in the Classroom

As an adjunct professor, I crafted a comprehensive 16-week syllabus, integrating asynchronous coursework, weekly discussions, readings, assignments, and assessments, that aligned with course objectives. Topics included the merits of technology integration, digital citizenship, and evolving assessment practices. I aimed to cultivate an engaging and rigorous learning environment, fostering camaraderie and preparing students for effective technology integration in their future classrooms.  

DREAM Modules

I collaborated with K-5 educators to create three captivating STEM modules. These modules offer engaging learning experiences for 1st, 3rd, and 5th graders. We developed comprehensive leveled reader texts tailored to each grade's standards, centered around the theme of seasons. Our focus ensured alignment with grade-specific needs and milestones. 

Political Leaders

I crafted a comprehensive video storyboard tailored for Kindergarten Social Studies, providing clear direction for graphic designers. Every visual element was carefully selected, and I wrote the narration. Additionally, I curated the audio to perfectly complement the video script, ensuring a cohesive and engaging final product.
