Participation Control Room

The room is quiet. The AI question is not. Help four colleagues voice their concerns and agree on one small brainstorming experiment.

Fictional team: Brightside Studio“Let's put the I in AI. Actually… let's put the team in it.”
Explore the design behind the demo

This experience practices leading without formal authority: acknowledging uncertainty, offering different ways to contribute, and defining a limited experiment. You configure meeting conditions, respond to a colleague, and build an experiment agreement.

All people, dialogue, and outcomes are fictional and scripted. No live AI is used. The simulation runs in your browser, requires no personal information, and does not save your choices after you leave or reload.

There is no timer. Use a keyboard or pointer, replay decisions, and review the final agreement. Fictional reactions illustrate possible consequences; they do not predict how a real team will respond.
